Thank you for booking with us. By making an appointment, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions:

A 50% deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hour's notice.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hour's notice will have the deposit transferred to a new appointment.
• If less than 24 hour's notice is given, the full deposit will be forfeited.
• No-shows will also result in the full deposit being forfeited.
• No more than 2 changes to appointment times/dates are permitted or deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment will need to be booked.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation of the appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with adequate notice as outlined above.
