Online Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking with us. By making an appointment, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions:

Booking Deposit

A 50% deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the deposit transferred to a new appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows will also result in the full deposit being forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation of the appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with adequate notice as outlined above.
